Q. What type of facility do I need and how much will it cost to facilitate?
A. Quick N Easy Wash Systems have developed a unique building option that consists of two building ranges. We have an A and B, structure which have been passed and certified. We will help you decide which version suits your needs and will then issue you with a firm quotation taking away hidden costs and trap doors that seem to plague developments costs.
Q. Do I need to supply any trades people for the site?
A. This is totally up to you, if you want to use your own tradesman you can or we will supply quality trades people to do the job for you.
Q. I have minimal room, what area is the facility going to take up?
A. To make it easy mark out an area of around 33m x 11m and this will give you approximately the area that is needed for your wash building.
Q. Do you project manage the job or do we need to employ someone, as we want nothing to do with it?
A. Yes, we will project manage your job from start to finish so you just continue on with your day to day operations. You will be fully inducted and issued with our unique Operating Management System upon completion, as well as linked to monthly interactive email maintenance program to ensure your site will run upon demand every time you want it to.
Q. If I sign on with you, what is the time frame until job is complete?
A. Once you have signed on actual construction time is minimal, but the ordering, purchasing and sourcing the equipment from overseas is a time frame of approximately 3 months and your wash bay should be up and running.
Q. Will this price cover the concrete work and labour?
A. Yes, all work is covered in our price unless otherwise stated.
Q. What do you need to know from me in regards the location of service connections such as electrical, plumbing and drainage?
A. You the client will need to tell us if you have a triple interceptor, where the storm water and sewerage outlets are and what electrical amperage output is near the facility.
Q. Who pays for and supplies service connections?
A. The client pays for all service connections to the perimeter of the building; we supply service points at building structure perimeter.
